Job Description
Position:                     Campus Commercial Manager

Location:                    Hoogebrug, The Netherlands

Standard working week (in-country) or rotation basis, subject to agreement

Project Value:              €150M circa

Duration:                    15months

Based in Hoogebrug, reporting to the Campus Manager, Division Commercial Manager and Division Operations Director, the successful candidate will be responsible for the commercial and contractual performance of the project and in doing so, ensure compliance with business policies and procedures. The successful candidate will be required to liaise and communicate with internal project teams, Client representatives and Company Directors and manage a multi-discipline commercial management team.

Skills and Requirements

• Minimum 5years experience in similar role / similar responsibilities. Minimum 15years relevant post-graduation industry experience
• Previous project quantity surveying experience
• Hold degree qualification in commercial management or related field. Qualification in Contract management an advantage
• Experience project contract management
• Ability to oversee multiple tasks and personnel
• Excellent inter-personal and communications skills
• Confident presentation skills
• Be able to operate within a fast-paced, agile contracting environment
