ICDS have been retained by a Tier 1 residential developer to recruit a project management team for the design, construction & delivery of major traditional housing and high-rise apartment developments in the Dublin and Leinster regions, including several hundred units, both sides of the M50.

As there are several phases over a number of years, ideal opportunity to be based "in or out of the city" with this leading developer.

The following positions are available for candidates with 3+  year’s experience in their field coupled with proven track record with developers & main contractors in the residential sectors:

• Project Manager
• Site Manager
• Site Engineer
• Quantity Surveyor
• Site Clerk/Administrator
